Responsabilità Responsible things you get to do:
Under minimal supervision, sets up and performs a variety of tests (mechanical and electrical) within areas of responsibility where basic knowledge of the underlying scientific and engineering fundamentals is required. Provides feedback regarding tests and data sheets, received from customers. Test will be performed both in our Cabiate Laboratory site and in our customer’s facilities.
Examines test samples and reads blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, measuring instruments, and operational instructions. Evaluates test performance and reviews test and construction data with supervisor. Builds and/or adapts setup and test equipment to new situations, based on data sheets and instructions from engineering department personnel. May direct staff in test setups. Operates designated machines and special laboratory equipment. Performs routine maintenance of designated test equipment and laboratory area. Receives instructions from and reports data to engineers and other laboratory personnel. May communicate with clients during the setup and performance of a test to demonstrate or otherwise illustrate equipment test methods and/or to discuss test results. May communicate with UL field representatives to discuss additional follow-up tests, samples, equipment, methods and/or results. Records observed or calculated data on appropriate UL forms and prepares data sheets and test reports. May plan tests, evaluate test results and report opinions and interpretations, as directed. Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job. Performs other duties as directed.Qualifiche We're looking for:
Diploma/Degree in a related technical discipline (Electronic/Electrical); Good English knowledge; Availability to execute laboratory test activities (Electrical tests, Mechanical tests, packaging tests ect.) Good IT knowledge such as Office applications (i.e. Excel); Strong analytical skills and proactivity are a nice to have; Availability to travel both in Italy and abroad;
Location: This position will be located in Cabiate (CO).

The International Project Coordinator is in charge of managing the international certification process with the main responsibility of coordinating between our customers and internal/external certification offices. A primary focus will be placed on timely communication with all interested parties, high quality service delivery, and on time completion of projects.
Responsible for the following activities: Explanation of certification procedures and documentation requirements to customers Preparation of documentation packages for international projects Coordination and management of projects from start to finish to assist customers in obtaining international certifications in a timely manner Monitoring of turnaround time and level of effort required for each project Implementation of procedural improvement efforts such as development and maintenance of ‘certification checklists’ for consistency and efficiency of service delivery Working in conjunction with the Small Appliance Market Access Solutions Team, Sales, Operations, and international colleagues/partners to provide a high quality of service for our customers Providing general customer service and administrative support for the complete project cycle Resolving technical issues that may arise during projects Preparation of quotations for international projects (will be cross-trained on Sales functions) Other activities as neededQualifiche We're looking for:
A desire to work for a global market leader in the certification industry Demonstrated project management, planning, and logistics skills Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to identify and manage priorities as demonstrated by the ability to establish, track, and meet schedules for multiple projects while maintaining project quality Responsibility to work with minimal supervision
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or Engineering preferred 1-3 years of directly related or project management experience International Business experience preferred Technical knowledge related to IEC 60335 standards highly preferred Must be fluent in English Must be willing to work irregular hours as needed when interaction with international colleagues and contacts is required Some business travel may be required
