Our Client is one of the most innovative Car ManufacturerPosizione:We are looking forProduct Planning Assistant Manageris responsible for the development and execution of the marketing strategy for the assigned carlines, within the market segment concerned. S/he is responsible to manage in-life product performance, as well as the product improvement life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities. Moreover, s/he is involved in case of new products launch, contributing to the development of the new Launch Plan, and cooperating with the rest of the team to ensure the cross-functional implementation of the plan.The Product Planning Assistant Manager will take care of the following tasks:New products launch, contributing to the development of the new Launch Plan, and cooperating with their manager to ensure the cross-functional implementation of the planResponsible to manage in-life product performance, as well as the product improvement life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activitiesCollection and analysis of the information coming from HQ and internal processes related to the assigned products and for the definition of product configurationManagement of leverages results coming from research and analytics to determine new opportunities for improvement by analyzing industry trends, identifying gaps, and proposing ideas on actions to address those gaps.Support in pricing policy– in terms of price list adjusted (VA) and Promo (TA), collecting and analyzing data on costs and competitive scenario. Assessment of profitability and issuance of price lists.Product positioning and messaging - to differentiate our products in the market by line-up and pricing strategy, according to competitiveness analysis and customer expectationsAdvertising– to focus on model USP and to create coherent message for customers, supporting the production of communication assets
